The Role of Organizational Culture and Human Resource Participation in the Framework of Organizational Change to Employee Satisfaction - Cairo Bank case

ABSTRACT
This study aims at identifying the role of job satisfaction in increasing productivity in private sector institutions, demonstrating the humanitarian role in management and taking into account the job satisfaction of employees in the management of organizations and raising their morale, providing information and data on job satisfaction in private sector institutions and its relationship to productivity for use by decision makers in organizations.
This study has yielded several findings, including: There is a medium expulsion link between organizational culture and the satisfaction of workers within Cairo Amman Bank s participation in change planning and the satisfaction of workers at Cairo Amman Bank, The results of the study showed that the non-participation of workers in the application of organizational change leads to the failure of the application and the study also showed that organizational culture is influenced by management's continuous actions observed by workers.
